    Are you taking up the patio you laid as well when you leave.
    Not planning to, feel like that is just causing more work than necessary, just want to take the items I can use not looking to cause trouble

    You can't leave no doors, you have to replace what you take.

    Will it really be worth fitting new or second hand doors so that you can take the ones you fitted?  By the time they have been planed to size and hung, you will have spent a lot of time, and money if someone does the work for you.  You've probably got enough to do as you're moving without adding this to the list.

    I agree with Mr Generous, you took possession of a property that had doors, so that is how you must return the property

    Obviously then if the doors fit the new property then the new property doors could replace them at only labour costs 

    To do a switch of doors and making a good job it’s not just about size 

    Hinges and latches need to be in the same position as does opening direction 

    You could end up with a bodge job if not careful
