Baliff will take my car in 5 days, even though they are chasing the wrong number plate

Hello,
I received a Notice of Enforcement today from Newlyn telling me that I have not paid a parking ticket fine to the Islington Council.
For one, I've never been to Islington and I live in Northern Ireland.
Secondly, I looked up the PCN and had a look at the screenshots. The number plate looks similar but they have clearly misread it as it has one character wrong ('0' instead of a 'D')
The vehicle in the photos is a white van and my car is a citreon hatchback.
I disputed the PCN and the website told me they will get back to me.
However I am worried as the Notice of Enforcement told me that they will come to my property in 5 days and seize my car.
I called Newlyn and they told me that regardless of the fact I have a dispute in progress with Islington Council, they will still come on the date and take my car if need be. The man on the phone did give me a 14 day extension thankfully.
What do I do if I don't get a reply to my dispute? I don't have a garage to lock my car in and I've read that the baliffs will search surrounding streets and carparks for your car if they don't see it in your drive.

I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

The rules on bailiffs are different in N Ireland. Actually there is no such thing as a bailiff there.
So I think you need specialist advice from, e.g.
