What type of heating do you have? I know you mention gas in your first post but do you also have plug-in heaters, or an Aga, or even (very unlikely, but) storage heaters?

No EV?

Again I know you said nothing had changed in the house, but worth asking the question *just* in case, very simple to rule them out.

Also I'd definitely advise doing the sanity check Gerry1 describes.
