Hi I've received charge notice from east midlands airport saying the car I'm a keeper of was parked in a bus stop at 1.20 am.
Could someone plz tell me where i stand with this ( not paid or forwarded drivers details )

Presumably from Vehicle Control Services (VCS)? Please have a read of the NEWBIES FAQ Announcement, first post, to start you off in the process. Especially for an airport case, do not reveal the identity of the driver. Some reading of other airport threads, where VCS are involved, will give you a better understanding of how to deal with your case, which will be little different to any of the others.Search for:

Thanks for the reply ref no: starts with vcs so would say its from vehicle control date of event was 05/10/24... 01.20am issue date was 11/10/24 EMA stopping in a restricted bus stop .
I am going back over to look at signage around the area ..
This letter is a notice to keeper and I'm reading i don't need to by law to give drivers details ...
New to this i have been reading a few post and i have challenged parking charges before.
Could i cover name and address and vcs number and share the letter with you ?.
Any help with this would be great0 -
You can redact it and upload a picture, if you want , but dont expect VCS to cancel the PCN, its not going to happen2
