How to access My Documents on closed account

I switched my current account away from HSBC in 2022. I also had a Savings account which I emptied. I received notification that it would be closed by HSBC after a certain time, so I consider myself no longer to be an account holder.
This week I had an email from HSBC informing me there is an important mesage in My Documents. I can't imagine why it might be important or relevant; I would still like to read it but I no longer have a secure key nor do I wish to open their app when I have no accounts. Any thoughts? Should I just forget it?
And why are they still contacting me even?

Ask them, via one of their published channels?

Unable to get anywhere online. I will call them tomorrow I expect they will be asking for security information which I may not have now. I can but try.0

Probably complete overkill but another option is to submit a Subject Access Request via one of the methods specified in their privacy policy - provided you supply enough personal details to uniquely identify yourself then they're obliged to disclose all personal data they hold about you, which would include correspondence.1

Update. I rang and eventually achieved my objective. The Message they sent me online was to inform me of a new interest rate on a savings account which had a £0 balance. I got them to close it. Took about 35 minutes!0

Sam Vimes' Boots Theory of Socioeconomic Unfairness:
People are rich because they spend less money. A poor man buys $10 boots that last a season or two before he's walking in wet shoes and has to buy another pair. A rich man buys $50 boots that are made better and give him 10 years of dry feet. The poor man has spent $100 over those 10 years and still has wet feet.

The lesson from this is not to assume accounts are closed. Always verify.0
