If she plans to include the children on her UC claim then she would be the one classed as the lone parent. If you were the one claiming child benefits and having them registered with you then the disregard would apply but her UC claim would be as a single person.1

As fast I understand, for true 50/50 shared care you can choose to split the children between you for benefit purposes. E.g. registered address for one is with you, for another is with her, etc.
For UC this would mean you could be classed as a lone parent in your current home, and she would be able to claim for one / half of the children on UC, but not all of them.1
