Where do I download Windows 10 "Professional" from ?

https://www.microsoft.com/en-gb/software-download/windows10 only offers "home"

I have done it many times in the past and I am sure that it was a simple job.....

And yes - I do have a licence and no - my elderly PC needs 10 rather than 11

That is not an official Microsoft site and I wouldn't advise downloading anything from it.

Download and create a USB using the link in the original post of this thread.

On the USB, go into the folder called sources and create a text file called ei.cfg.  In the ei.cfg file, paste the following :

[EditionID]
Professional
[Channel]
Retail

and then save it.   When you use the USB to install windows it will ask which version you want and you can select PRO.
