Hard search if applying for credit card with own bank?

I’ve had a Lloyds bank account for 20 years. Just done an eligibility check via my online banking for a credit card and said I was pre approved. If I continue with it does it do a hard search or just go off internal bank data about me?

They will do a hard search because they will want to see how you are or not managing other credit you have.
