Heat Network metering

I live in a block of sixty flats where heating is provided by a VRF heat network. We receive bills monthly showing our (supposed) monthly usage.

Because this is VRF, the metering is virtual rather than by a physical meter that we can read. We have to assume the system is correct (it has been checked recently by a consultant, and I do believe it is working correctly).

The trouble is that, because we can only see monthly usage, we cannot check what effect changing our set temperature or hours of use has on our usage. If our bills showed daily usage, even if we could only view this monthly, we would have a chance to compare two days with similar outside temperature but different use by us.

This must be possible technically. I am wondering if any of the standard billing and metering firms do give users a chance to see daily readings.
