Ovo power flex for charge anytime rewards you for leaving your car plugged in to the charger, enabling Ovo to schedule your charge when it wants, this is over and above Ovo charge anytime where you plug in and Ovo schedules the charging. It also isn’t linked to Ovo power move that rewards you for increasing or decreasing your usage at certain times.

I’ve just had an email that I’m part of the control group, meaning I’m not required to plug in more than usual and I’m not going to be eligible for any rewards for plugging in. A bit disappointing as this seems to be 10p per day. 

What I can’t work out is if I’m still eligible for power moves. Anyone know? If not, I may as well opt out of power moves totally and move to Loop for those, keeping the charge anytime for the cheaper charging tariff.

Terminological inexactitude again, I'm afraid. OVO are past masters at it.

• Power Move is OVO's own reward scheme for those who manage to shift usage out of the 4-7PM peak slot.
• Power Move Flex is OVO's version of the ESO Demand Flexibility Service. This involves reacting quickly to an email in the morning advising of an event later in the day, when rewards are paid for decreasing consumption in specific peak periods of ½ hour or more, and occasionally for increasing consumption when there's an excess of supply over demand.
• Power Move Flex for Charge Anytime is independent of these two, rewarding Charge Anytime customers for keeping their chargers plugged in whenever possible, to enable OVO to pick the 'greenest' times to charge. 

You'd better check the email(s) you received explaining what you're signed up for. If it's not clear whether you're taking part in both Power Move Flex and Power Move Flex for Charge Anytime, I'm sure you could get clarification in OVO's own customer forum.
