Amazon Return Method too small for size of item, what to do?

I recently purchased an item from a third party seller on Amazon. It arrived today undamaged, but unfortunately I've had to initiate a return. The seller has provided a Royal Mail returns method, even though it was delivered to me via DPD, and Royal Mail won't accept a parcel of this size. I've messaged the seller to request an alternative return method and waiting for a reply. What can I do if he is unhelpful?

What do the T&C's say about who pays for postage in regards to change of mind returns?

Assuming that this was a business to consumer contract and assuming that you have told the seller that you are exercising your statutory right to cancel a distance contract, then you need to check out s35 and para (m) of Schedule 2 of The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 (legislation.gov.uk)mariat said:I recently purchased an item from a third party seller on Amazon.
