That’s why we’re offering one winner (with their plus one) the chance to be trackside at the inaugural Las Vegas Grand Prix as VIP guests of the Mercedes-AMG PETRONAS F1 Team.

A: The Las Vegas Strip Circuit

The prizes shall be won as follows:

• First Prize: one (1) winner will be selected at random and will receive

• two (2) passes to the Mercedes AMG Petronas Formula One Team Vegas Club at the 2024 FORMULA ONE™ HEINEKEN SILVER LAS VEGAS GRAND PRIX;

• return economy flights from the winner’s nearest available international airport, which may not necessarily be the closest (“Departure Airport”) to Las Vegas. The Departure Airport and flights are subject to cost and availability at time of booking. Both the winner and their guest must travel on the same flights. The Promoter shall consult with the winner on the required flights, however the Promoter shall have absolute discretion regarding the selection and booking of such flights;

• standard class hotel accommodation for the winner and their guest during the Grand Prix (one (1) twin or double room with double occupancy); [and]

• ground transfers to and from the airport and hotel.

All other items and costs not expressly included are excluded;

• The First Prize has an approximate value of £30,000.

• Second Prize: the next ten (10) winners selected at random shall receive a Lewis Hamilton and George Russell 2024 Mercedes F1 Replica 1:2 Bell Mini Helmet signed Lewis Hamilton and George Russell, as determined by the Promoter at its sole discretion. Each Second Prize has an approximate value of £179.50;

• Third Prize: the remaining thirty (30) winners selected at random shall receive a Lewis Hamilton 2024 Black Team Driver Trucker Cap. Each Third Prize has an approximate value of £42. (each, the “Prize”).
