Notifying court of paid CCJ

I’ve recently had a CCJ issued against me due to an unpaid parking PCN. I’ve paid it off in full within the 28 day window and on MCOL it is showing as notified by creditor as paid in full.
A few questions I have, as this has already appeared on my ClearScore!
- Do I need to do anything else to have this removed from the register?
- Will it still affect my credit file in anyway, once the court update the register?

You should contact the creditor and make certain they understand their obligation to inform the court that you paid in full within 30 days and that they remove the judgement from the register and your credit file as per the legislation.
On some occasions this is overlooked.
Once removed it will be like it never happened.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the Debt free wannabe, Credit file and ratings, and Bankruptcy and living with it boards.
