Promotional Period: This Promotion opens at 00:00 on 19th October 2024 and closes at 23:59 on 10th January 2025. Entries received outside the Promotional Period shall not be valid for entry into this Promotion.

Entry Instructions:
During the Promotional Period: Text DURACELL OR DURACELL1 or DURACELL2 DURACELL7 followed by a space, and your full name and postcode to 60110 ("Entr(y)(ies)"). Entries may only be submitted via text. By entering this Promotion you agree that such Entry (excluding personal information) is deemed to be non-confidential and non-proprietary, and we shall have no obligation of any kind with respect to such Entries.

Entry is by text only. Only one entry per person during the Promotional Period. For the avoidance of doubt only one unique mobile number will be accepted per person, and a person can use this mobile number to enter only once. Any use by entrants of identities other than their own and/or any entrant using multiple mobile numbers and/or any other methods and to enter this Promotion will be disqualified and any prize entitlement will be void. A mobile number can only be used by one person and it cannot be shared within a household. The Promoter reserves the right to
determine, in its sole and absolute discretion, whether an entrant or household has already submitted an entry and to disqualify any subsequent entries or prize entitlement.

Prize: There is 1 prize, consisting of a meet and greet with a Williams Racing driver at the Williams Racing HQ, in Wantage, Oxfordshire for one person (the winner only).

Meet and greet will last a maximum of 30 minutes and consist of a F1 2024 Simulator session against the Williams Racing driver. The Simulator session will be a race against one another on a F1 race game simulator, which mimics the inside of a race car on screen.

Driver will be selected by Supplier and Prize Provider (Williams Grand Prix Engineering Limited) in their sole discretion. The winner shall have no choice of driver.

Prize will take place on a date to be made known to the winner by the Supplier (but such date is likely to be between 1st February and 31st March 2025). Date will be pre-selected by the Supplier and Prize Provider as is subject to driver availability. The specific date will be communicated by the Supplier as soon as reasonably possible.

Winner may therefore need to attend at short notice and there is no choice of alternative date. If the winner can’t attend the provided date, there is no alternative prize and the prize will be allocated to a new winner.

Prize also includes £500 towards travel and accommodation, paid via bank transfer to a UK bank account in winner’s name. The transfer will be arranged within 7 days of receipt of bank details.

Only the winner can attend the meet and greet, guests are not permitted.

The prize must be accepted as offered and redeemed by the named winner only. There is no cash or alternative prize, in whole or part (save where the Promoter in its sole discretion deems it reasonably necessary to provide an alternative prize). The prize is non-transferable and non-refundable. Sale of the prize for profit is prohibited and may constitute fraud. The prize cannot be combined with any other offer, promotion or discount.
