Vinted multiple unauthourised Card Checks

I have had an issue with vinted doing card checks, up to four times a day on my card, on days when I didnt buy anything. I use the same card to buy things on vinted but have never given permission for them to store the card, so technically they shouldnt even have it on file. Four amounts of £0 were 'withddrawn' yesterday. Usually when you purchase they check it once for validity. I am not a seller, just a buyer.
Anyone else have that?
I am wondering if I should change my card, which seems extreme but I do NOT trust Vinted as I have been scammed before on it.
