Anybody using Ruhavik appt

I am using the appt with a stray gps tracker. Was told it will cost very little for data. Only use it yesterday. I started with £15 and just now it is down to £13.50. I have only used it to send two txts. I got a pop up saying it has been compromised. Any idea, anybody pl?
