Wrong address on energy quote websites

Does anyone know how EDF, octopus and eon can remove an incorrect address from their quote website. The companies don't know how to remove it or are reluctant to contact the website team. Royal mail, ecoes and xoserve are all correct and do not contain the wrong address. Does anyone know where the address data comes from on their websites.

    For the last 6 months Octopus have given me 2 accounts  to choose from 

    My own address plus account number and a different account number plus no property 

    Obviously to me which is mine so the error or whatever it is doesn’t bother me
