BT to SKY - BT billing afterwards

Moved my broadband from BT to SKY in August. Had TNT Sport through BT and advised by BT when they confirmed cancellation of broadband that TNT Sport would stop at the same time. No problem with broadband which I have received a final bill for but still being charged for TNT Sport. Numerous chats with BT with each confirming TNT Sport is cancelled but now just received another bill for October. Seems impossible to cancel even though they continue to advise that it is cancelled. Any idea of how I can resolve this would be most welcome.

Do a formal complaint, there is no magic word or phrase you can use to get out of this.
Do not stop paying for it, you can always request a refund afterSam Vimes' Boots Theory of Socioeconomic Unfairness:
