Smart Parking

I received a pcn from these people in June. I gad been advised by mu date that it was free all day and I stupidly didn't check. I appealed,  then appealed to POPLA.  I wish I had read the advice on here first. Am I totally screwed?

Ignore the debt collectors letters, see post 4 in the newbies sticky thread in announcements

Wait for a Letter of Claim or a court claim pack from the CNBC in Northampton using MCOL to possibly arrive in the post, within the next 5.5 years

Just ignore Smart. They are not litigious but in case that ever changes YOU MUST tell them if you move house within 6 years.

Next time come here first because we never, ever, ever lose POPLA appeals v Smart.  They are the easiest.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
