I received a pcn from these people in June. I gad been advised by mu date that it was free all day and I stupidly didn't check. I appealed, then appealed to POPLA. I wish I had read the advice on here first. Am I totally screwed?

Wait for a Letter of Claim or a court claim pack from the CNBC in Northampton using MCOL to possibly arrive in the post, within the next 5.5 years3 -

Next time come here first because we never, ever, ever lose POPLA appeals v Smart. They are the easiest.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
