Entering the same competition multiple times

If you know compers are entering the same competition multiple times in Instagram, do you scroll on by it is there something you can do??

Most competitions specify in their terms and conditions how many times you can enter. If they allow multiple entries - there's no problem. If they specify 'one entry per person', then multiple entries will be ignored, may even disqualify you completely. Either way, no need for you to do anything.

Grass them up immediately, dirty cheaters. Makes you feel smug and sanctimonious, and increases your own chances of winning!

Hi all
Just a thought but Instagram is horrendous at blocking people anyway at the moment.  Instagram largely ignores messages to them, I do know this!! 
Notably a while back, there were a nasty little squad who were throwing all sorts of accusations at individuals ( mostly Facebook but related to Instagram too). Please be mindful, there are vulnerable people with poor mental well-being. They may be isolated etc. My personal view is no point in getting wound up, if people are going to cheat, they will do it anyway!! Thank god for Karma, it will prevail
