I'm having trouble putting. Money into my premium bond account. I paid some money in. Only for them to pay me back the next day. Also you can't talk to a human on the phone.

If you transfer money to NS&I and don't give them the reference of your account, then the return the money to you.  They might also return money if you try to put  more than £50k into your premium bonds account

You have to put your Premium Bonds Holder Number as the reference in the payment.  (Not your NS&I number)

You can deposit into an NS&I Direct Saver via Open Banking, which is instant. You can then transfer from the Direct Saver to your Premium Bond account.

You should also be able to make debit card deposits.

Making your deposits into PBs as close as possible to the end of a month is the best timing-wise, as this reduces the length of time your money sits there without earning interest.

Log into your account and purchase via your debit card - works every time with no hassles.

I put some in this week, no problems at all.

Did you pay by bank transfer?  If you did, did you include your bond holder number as the reference?

Have done couple of time last two month. Log in to your NSI account, go to PB and follow instructions to pay via bank account. No issue at all.
