hours users must text PARK 3824 with their full and correct vehicle registration to 88440 tocover the parking period whilst using the charge point.The Parking Charge Notice was issued correctly as the driver has failed to follow the correctprocedure on this occasion.Please note, no further parking charge notices will be cancelled for this vehicle.When parking on private land it is the responsibility of the driver to look for signage and to ensure thattheir vehicle is parked in accordance with the terms and conditions as stated.You are now fully advised of the procedure, and if followed, this will negate the issue of any further

Surely this cannot be legal, not everyone has a phone, and even if they do, not everyone knows how to text.You never know how far you can go until you go too far.1 -

I have no idea about the legality, but I think realistically if someone can charge an EV they can send a text. Generally a smartphone is required to use public EV chargers. I would have thought there could be some automation for BP Pulse to pass the registration to Euro Car Parks when a charge is started so none of that is needed.
