Wonder if someone can offer some advice.
Grandfather owned a flat in a retirement complex but died last October. It is a leasehold flat and is empty. We have accepted an offer and the sale will hopefully complete later in the year.
The contents insurance is expiring. The flat is empty.
My question is, do we need to arrange any insurance?
Thank you.
