Horizon Parking - Late NTH and no supporting documentation with NTK [Success]

Hi all
Long time since I've had to do one of these.
I’ve received an NTH alleging that on the 8th of September a driver of a vehicle my limited company leases parked on a car park managed by Horizon Parking and did not pay the fee.
To my untrained eyes Horizon have failed on two counts to issue the charge for it to be valid;
Horizon wrote to my lease company who have released the NTK to me. It's dated 24/09/2024 which is 16 days after the date of the alleged infraction.
Horizon then issued the NTH with a date of 09/10/2024 but they sent only the PCN and none of the supporting documentation I believe they are supposed to send.
Am I correct that I can appeal on those two grounds? The examples linked from the newbies thread seems to suggest these are two valid points for appeal but just wanted to double check. Do I solely focus on these two procedural failures?
Additional info;
The vehicle is a lease vehicle.
The parking was camera controlled and the photos clearly show the vehicle registration number entering and exiting as claimed.
The NTH is addressed to my limited company at my accountants office.

Do I solely focus on these two procedural failures?Yes. Then repeat the same at POPLA.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Submitted the appeal based on Edna_Basher's template for limited companies. I've saved the evidential bits for if/when they wish to continue with this charade.2
