It is exactly the same man who owns the company, using exactly the same website, trying to sell exactly the same machines, which is what I find so galling
NOW this site says "You have to be around for a little while longer before you can post links", Grrrrr! So....... it is The Games Room Company
As of December 2023 their T&Cs stated the company operating the website was RVS Leisure Ltd which Companies House states started insolvency in July 2024 with a £2.5m shortfall of assets -v- liabilities.
The website is now run by The Games Room Company UK Limited which is a different legal entity to the former. The Liquidators have stated there is £73k of assets in the original company, these will include stock, the website etc and presumably have been bought by the new company.1 -
This is phoenixing, where a company goes into administration and the assets bought by anew company, often the same directors etc.Perfectly legal. If you can demonstrate that there was no pinball machine in the first place, you might be able to raise a complaint for fraudulent behaviour.Remember being an inept business person is not a crime, being dishonest is.May you find your sister soon Helli.
Sleep well.1
