HSBC credit card length of promotional period

Options
I took a new card for 0% purchases in July, but I can't find anywhere that tells me how long that promotional period is (yes I should have written it down at the time)!

Current offer seems to be 20 months but I can't find it written on my statements or in the HSBC app (not tried the website OLB yet) so it might have been 20 months but I can't be certain. Any idea where I can find out??

Ring them up or talk to them on chat.  Keep a record of who you are talking to, number called, date, time.

I know that not all cards make it obvious on their statements but others do so you might check there too.  But I know my M&S card never even had the amount noted that was 0% so I had to talk to them to check every month to ensure I was paying the right amount.

ah I found it eventually - it wasn't in the credit card account bit of the app, but main accounts page -> profile pic icon -> My Documents -> Credit Card Agreement. Its 20 months, which I've now written down  :D

    thanks  :)
