I have a PCN from Initial Parking stating that the "full, correct VRM" was not entered correctly on the ticket I placed on the dashboard. However, they refuse to provide a photograph of the ticket. My appeal has been refused. IP advise I should now appeal to POPLA, who have a pretty poor Trust Pilot rating. What should I do next?

Presumably they offered to settle at £20?PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
