Just bought an iPad Air

I’ve just bought an iPad Air £700 plus. The question is should I opt for Apple Care £99 for two years, go through the house insurance or just be careful. Apple cover seems the best bet

Your Home insurance will have to include it if you bring it into your home, you can't pick and choose what Home covers.

Apple Care+ is a warranty plus accidental damage cover so would sit alongside your Home insurance but, for example, if your house was burgled and the iPad stolen then Apple Care wouldn't cover it. On the flip side if the iPad failed due to a manufacturing issue your Home Insurance wouldn't cover it.
