I'm assuming you have over £16,000 in savings? As HillStreetBlues has posted, did you report this?

PIP isn't affected by any capital / savings / investments so wouldn't stop for this reason.

No it's not. If you reported i to UC then PIP will be fine. It's if they find out themselves it's possible they would look as possible fraud and freeze all benefits.
