OVO Energy Ignoring my DRO

My DRO has been in effect since July. I informed all of the companies named on the DRO and all has gone as it should except for my debt with Ovo Energy. My debt with them that's covered by the DRO is about £1200 which left a balance for me to pay of around £500. This is for this year's bill so far. I cancelled my DD as soon as I got the DRO through, and emailed OVO to inform them that I'd done this and asking them to adjust my bill to exclude the £1200 included in the DRO. They have ignored me despite me now sending them 5 emails regarding this, and asking them continuously to set up a new DD for me. I have also spoke to someone over the chat, and on the phone. I've sent the DRO to their insolvency department and their debt management department as well as their general email address. Today I've received a letter informing me they've now added charges for a late payment and telling me they'll be passing my details to a debt collection agency!
I've already told them the DRO is legally binding and that if they continue to harass me for that portion of the debt, I will make a formal complaint including referring them to their regulator. What do you think my next course of action should be? I want the charges removed that they've added on, and a revised bill/DD set up for the amount I owe excluding the DRO amount. Complain? Refer them to their regulator or something else?
Thanks
