Warranties transferable to new owner flooring LVT

Does anyone know if a warranty with a company who sold an LVT flooring product is transferable to the people who want to buy your house. Is the manufacturer of the product supposed to honour the product warranty irrespective of the owner or who purchased the product? Is the company who provided the product supposed to honour the warranty of the product?

Depends on exactly what the terms and conditions of the warranty state. Also depends on who supplied the warranty and whether or not it is actually underwritten by a third party
If you are querying your Council Tax band would you please state whether you are in England, Scotland or Wales

Only if they explicitly say it is and agree to the transfer.

No, the warranty is an agreement between the manufacturer and the purchaser, not any third parties.

They are, according to the terms of the warranty, which almost certainly does not extend to subsequent owners.

Some warranties are transferable, some with a fee and some you just can't transfer. All depends on the actual T&C's of the warranty. Whether the manufacturer has to honour it all depends on the above.
