FOS Time Scale

Hi All, I started a case with the financial ombudsman with a complaint against Aqua Credit Card. My complaint has been upheld by the investigator but as Aqua have not responded with in the time frame then it has been referred to the Ombudsman to look at. Has anyone had experience with this, or have any idea what the time scale is from completed investigation to Ombudsman and be kind enough to offer a little guidance, I did ask the investigator and she would commit to giving me an answer. Thanks in advance
