With an Order dated 23rd January (why did you hide all dates on that image?), the deemed date of service is Tuesday 28th January.
The Order gives you seven days from the Date of Service - i.e. until Tuesday 4th February - to file a Directions Questionnaire.
And to make it really easy for you, that Order explicitly states how you can send a DQ to them by email.
It might be wise to send a new copy to the Claimant as well.2
