Cynergy Bank Maturing Bond

I hold a bond with Cynergy Bank which is due to mature on 22nd October but Cynergy won't allow me to give them my maturity instructions on the mobile app.  I can no longer use the authenticator because it locked me out a few weeks ago and when I called them they said it would be easier for me to use the app.  I'm worried that I won't be able to access my funds.  How do I give them my maturity instructions as they won't take these over the phone?
