PayPal forcing me to use their own exchange rate

I’ve finally been able to show the PayPal team that it is not working, not always working, as they expect. The issue has been escalated but I’m not holding my breath.The workaround is to change the primary currency of the card to the payment currency before making the transaction, it can easily be changed back to you default.2

Goods that have a value below £39 will be duty and tax free. Goods between £40 and £135 will be duty free but subject to VAT. Goods over £135 will be charged duty and VAT .jbryce said:
