Warm home discount with new supplier
We have recently moved from Eon to British Gas.
We enquired about WHD, which we got with Eon as we are on Pension Credit.
BG say we would get it automatically if we were their customer on 11 August.

As we didn’t move until the end of September, we were told we would have to apply again.
Unfortunately, the application for England takes us to Scottish Gas. Obviously they don’t recognise an English postcode!
How do we ensure that we get the WHD applied to our new account?
