Does my PC have TPM 2.0

Not sure how old it is, maybe 6 years 
I've had a look around the bios pages but can't find anything.
Any pointers?

Checking and Enabling TPM 2.0

1. Press Windows key + R and open the Run dialog box.
2. Type tpm. msc. Press Enter.
3. Check the Status.

It should be. TPM 2.0 was released in 2014 and became the standard by 2016

The Intel i5 3470T is a pretty old processor, so I would be surprised if it supports Windows 11 if that is the question.

I've a Lenovo Ideapad that does have TPM 2.0 but the AMD processor isn't supported for a W11 upgrade.

Couple of things for OP tpm.msc (no space) and need to look under TPM Manufacture Info Specification Version (Status tells if enabled not the ver number)

Thanks, will check. 
Compatibility check for W11 says no, but doesn't say why.

It will be at least the cpu, but can be bypassed if you want to install Win 11
