    Then download it, fill it in and submit it by email to the correct email address ASAP, plus copy in the lawyers too

    Your case has not gone to any court yet, so no court will contact you until next year

    Interestingly enough I haven't actually had an N180 in the post as of yet, or any further comms from the courts regarding my case. In the 'claim history' it says "DQ sent to you on 19/11/2024" and "DQ filed by claimant on 19/11/2024".
    Equally interestingly, you were offered guidance on that point two and a half weeks ago.
    Another interesting point is that you have actually just quoted (twice) the suggested solution made two and a half weeks ago.    ;)
