Advice re tele sales - Health Supplements

Hello, my mother has dementia. We have just found she has been buying health supplements from a firm that rings her. In total she has spent just over £1000 in the last 18 months with each order being circa £100 for 6 bottles. I have batches going back over the last 10 months in tact with a value of £550. I would like to get the money returned, however their cancellation policy is only for 14 days so I anticipate problems with them agreeing to this. I wondered if anyone had any advice. One issue of concern is the company states on its website that it does not store card details - but there is no way my mum would be able to read out her Card details so they must have retained them. Also we would like her details to be taken off their records so she receives no further calls. Any advice most gratefully received. Thankyou

Sorry to hear OP, do you have link to the website? Has mum signed up to a subscription?
If it's a subscription then my understanding is the 14 days is from the subscription rather than each delivery and first step would be getting that cancelled.
If a landline and with BT might be worth looking at Call Protect:

You can easily block up to 100 numbers once it's activated and from a quick Google it seems to be free of charge. In the game of chess you can never let your adversary see your pieces0 -
Change her bank card details, and if necessary her acc number.

I would hope Op has power of Attorney for mother & can contact bank to get a stop put on any further payments. Then they need to contact co & get details removed from their system. But could be fun if they are a non UK company.
