Have you been disrespected by a surveyor from Countrywide? Gathering evidence

I rencently had a bad encounter with a surveyor from Countrywide Surveyors.
It all started because I asked him for photographic ID. He didn't like it, and started disrespecting me, until I told him to leave my property. This could have cost me my mortgage renewal, but I was recording everything on video. So the company had to apologise.
This has made me wonder if there are other similar cases out there. Surveyors wield a huge power, since their reports can greatly influence the value of your property. I think this guy's hubris stemmed from knowing this fact, and he thought he could bully me and get away with it.
Have you been in a similar case? did a surveyor from this company behave badly? Please post your experience here.
If this proves to be a common enough case, perhaps a collective action would be in line.
Thanks!

No, I have never been 'disrespected' by a surveyor.Maybe they were just having a bad day. These people are just doing their jobs like most of us, not wielding great power.Everything that is supposed to be in heaven is already here on earth.
