Out of warranty on TV bed and now the motor has beoke

Hi,
I have a TV bed from tvbedstore and the motor seems to have stopped working on the lift mechanism. The bed turns on just doesn't lift which is the main part. I paid around £2k altogether for the bed and the side drawers in March 2021. They give 2 year warranty so I am out of it.
I have contacted them which took them quite a while to come back to me which was annoying but I am finally in contact with someone who says they are the managing director.
They say they can get a new lift and motor as well as someone to fit it for £315.
Is this something I should be paying as it seems a lot of money for something I haven't had for a long time.
Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks

ThanksIf you want to claim under your consumer rights you'll need to get someone to inspect the motor. If the motor has failed prematurely due to a fault at manufacture but has only now manifested itself, you'll be able to ask for a remedy from the retailer and get the cost of the report back.
