1. The competition is open to all UK residents over the age of 18 except employees of Yakult UK Ltd and their families (`the promoter’), its subsidiary companies, their agencies and anyone professionally connected with this competition. 

2. The winner will be chosen at random and the promoter’s decision will be final. No correspondence will be entered into. 

3. Only entries which have been correctly submitted using the correct entry form will be given the chance to be entered into the prize draw. 

4. The first randomly chosen entry will win a National Trust Family membership for one year only, worth £159. (Membership allows two adults (aged 18+) living at the same address and their children or grandchildren (17 or under). (Under 5s go free.), £30 John Lewis Gift Card, and Yakult goody bag   

5. No purchase necessary. 

6. The winner will be chosen from the correct entries once the competition ends 10th November 2024.Winners will be contacted once selected and will have 28 working days to respond to claim their prize. Please allow up to 28 days for the delivery of the prize.  

7. Promotion period: Opening date 13th October 2024 and to closing date at midnight on 10th November 2024

8. The promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize for another prize of equal value without notice. 

9. Prizes are non-transferable, non-negotiable and no cash alternatives will be offered. 

10.  This competition is not associated with The National Trust. In the event that this prize is no longer available an equivalent prize of the same value will be offered.   

11. Any costs associated with use of the Membership (such as travel, food, accommodation, and any other expenses) are not included and are not reimbursable.

13. The Promoter will make the winner’s surname and county available to members of the public or regulators who request such details within 3 months of the closing date of this promotion. Entrants can object to such disclosure, or request that disclosure be limited in scope by contacting info@yakult.co.uk.
