TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR THE CASA CAMPER DRAW – INEOS BRITANNIA

On the one hand, CAMPER SL, hereinafter “CAMPER”, a commercial entity incorporated under Spanish law with its registered office at Camí Vell d'Orient (no number), Finca Son Forteza, 07340, Mallorca, Balearic Islands,

Spain, registered in the Commercial Register for Mallorca, page PM-11460, volume 1046, sheet 138 and with tax ID B-07154735, and on the other hand, CASA CAMPER SLU, hereinafter “CASA CAMPER”, a commercial entity incorporated under Spanish law with its registered office at c/ Cuartel 91, 07300, Inca, Mallorca, Balearic Islands, Spain, registered in the Commercial Register for Mallorca, page PM-39617, volume 1867, sheet 121 and with tax ID B-57107187, will carry out various activities and a promotional prize draw with the aim of rewarding the loyalty of the users belonging to their communities, as well as welcoming new members.

The following general rules have been established for CAMPER and CASA CAMPER, hereinafter “THE PARTIES”, to carry out the raffle and promotions.

I. LEGITIMACY TO PARTICIPATE

Legitimacy

To participate in the prize draw, you must complete the following steps:

1. Join the “The Walking Society” Camper community. You can join Camper from the Camper website

2. Become a member of Casa Camper. You can join Casa Camper from the Casa Camper website

Exclusions

Employees of Camper and Casa Camper, advertising agencies, promotional bodies or any other company

related to these promotions, as well as their first-degree blood relatives and those by marriage, are not eligible to participate.

II. PARTICIPATION PERIOD

The participation period will be valid from October 7, 2024 to October 14, 2024.

Users are only permitted to participate once, and those who are found to have registered in our communities under different email addresses or using false data will be disqualified.

III. SCOPE AND NATURE

Participation in this prize draw will take place worldwide.

Participation in this prize draw is free of charge and constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

IV. DESCRIPTION OF THE PRIZES, PROMOTION IMPLEMENTATION AND THE AWARDING OF THE PRIZE

The Louis Vuitton 37th America's Cup, the world's most famous sailing competition, takes place in Barcelona between August and October. CAMPER will be a sponsor of the INEOS Britannia yacht.

The prize draw consists of two tickets to watch the regatta on October 19, 2024, and two nights at the Hotel Casa Camper Barcelona on October 18 and 19, 2024.

The winner will be selected at random by www.sortea2.com on October 15, 2024, at the CAMPER headquarters.

The winner must confirm their express acceptance of the prize by signing a receipt. The prize cannot be

exchanged for a different prize or remuneration or converted into a monetary payment. Non-acceptance of the prize does not entitle the winner to any kind of indemnity or compensation.

The prize is personal and non-transferable and can only be received by the winner. Marketing and/or sale of the right to obtain the prize is prohibited.

If, due to a force majeure or any justified cause, THE PARTIES are unable to carry out the draw or to make

known the identity of the winner on the scheduled date, the said decision will be published as soon as possible through their websites or social networks, making this circumstance known to participants through the social networks and the website of CAMPER and/or CASA CAMPER.

The winner will be notified by phone call or email. The winner may also be announced on the website and/or social media of THE PARTIES, in which case they will receive a notification that they won both by email and through the social media platforms they participate in, if applicable. The winner will have a period of 24 hours from the time the email is sent to claim the prize. If the prize is communicated via phone call, only one attempt will be made. If the call is not answered, an attempt will be made to notify the next winner. THE PARTIES

reserve the right to leave the prize vacant. THE PARTIES will not be responsible for prizes that are altered, damaged, sent incorrectly, incomplete, or not delivered due to technical, delivery-related, or other reasons.

THE PARTIES may publish on their website and on their social networks the images of the participant who has been named the winner, waiving any compensation or consideration for the use of their name and image for this purpose, to the extent that their participation in the prize draw implies the necessary authorisation for such use.

THE PARTIES will send the prize to the email address previously indicated by the winner.

Particular conditions of the Hotel Casa Camper Barcelona:

The prizewinner must pay the corresponding municipal FEES.

The prize does not include breakfast, only accommodation.

Should the prizewinner wish to stay more nights, these will be charged at the normal rate at the time of booking.

V. PERSONAL DATA

In accordance with the data protection regulations in force and the European regulation on personal data

protection, we inform you that the personal data of the participants in the prize draw and promotions will be processed by RURALMED SLU (Camper) and CASA CAMPER SLU, both with their registered offices at c/ Cuartel 91, 07300, Inca, Mallorca, Balearic Islands, Spain.

RURALMED SLU and CASA CAMPER will process your personal data to:

- manage your participation in the draw and any related activity, such as notifying you of changes or incidents,

your status as a prizewinner, etc.

- manage the delivery of the prize. To do so, we will contact you through the means we have available at any

time (social networks, email, etc.) to request additional information that we may need to manage the delivery

of the prize.

- publish the winner's details on the websites indicated in these Terms and Conditions.

The legitimacy of this data processing is based on the fulfilment of legal obligations arising from your

participation in the prize draw.

The details of the winning person may be communicated on CAMPER and/or CASA CAMPER's own websites, as well as on their profiles on social networks.

Apart from the communication necessary to comply with the obligations subject to this promotion, the

personal data of the participants will not be disclosed to third parties, beyond those suppliers who provide us

with a service related to this promotion and who, in any case, will process the data on our behalf.

Data subjects may exercise their right of access, rectification, cancellation, deletion, limitation and

transferability and ‘right to be forgotten’, and may oppose the processing or treatment of their data by writing
