Winter Fuel Payment if was getting Pension Credit during the qualifying period

Hi all, need some advice for my mother. She was claiming Pension Credit up until the 28th September when she could not claim it anymore as due to her late husband MPS increase taking her £1.20 over the limit.

She was claiming it during the qualifying period of 16 to 22 September for winter fuel payment, so was wondering if she will still get it as she was claiming during that period or not?? Thanks in advance for advice.
