I am claiming against a person who has a small business, she sold me a faulty item. When completing the small claims track form with money claims on line do I tick the individual or organisation box? I don't know if she is a sole trader. Is it individual or organization?

Nobody on here can tell you whether you bought from an individual or an organisation?
