I am claiming against a person who has a small business, she sold me a faulty item.  When completing the small claims track form with money claims on line do I tick the individual or organisation box? I don't know if she is a sole trader.  Is it individual or organization?

Nobody on here can tell you whether you bought from an individual or an organisation?  That's what you need to find out, especially as a claim against the wrong entity would fail, so there's no point in guessing.
