Promotional Period: This Promotion opens at 00:00 on 8th October 2024 and closes at 23:59 on 5th November 2024. Entries received outside the Promotional Period shall not be valid for entry into this Promotion.

Entry Instructions: During the Promotional Period:
a. Purchase a qualifying product in a Tesco store or online at Tesco.com during the Promotional Period;

b. Text FANTA or FANTA1 or FANTA3 or FANTA5 or FANTA7 followed by a space, and your full name and postcode to 60110 by 23:59 on 5th November 2024; and

c. Click on the link provided in the returned text message to upload a photo of your receipt to complete your entry during the Promotional Period. Only one photo can be accepted in a receipt upload. Please retain receipt.

Entry is by text only. Only one entry per person during the Promotional Period (1 text & receipt = 1 entry).

For the avoidance of doubt only one unique mobile number will be accepted per person, and a person can use this mobile number to enter only once. A mobile phone number can only be used by one person, and it cannot be shared within a household. A receipt can only be used once per household. A receipt cannot be shared amongst entrants. Any use by entrants of identities other than their own and/or any entrant(s) using multiple mobile numbers and/or any other methods and/or sharing receipts to enter this Promotion will be disqualified and any prize void. The Promoter reserves the right to determine, in its sole and absolute discretion, whether an entrant or household has already submitted an entry and to disqualify any subsequent entries or prize entitlement.

Prizes:

a. There is 1 x Tier 1 prize, and 250 x Tier 2 prizes.

b. Tier 1: prize consists of a private film screening for up to 50 people (winner + 49 guests), at a Vue cinema of the winner’s choice in GB on a Monday to Thursday only, excluding Vue West End and Vue Bromley venues.

Winner can choose any film which is currently being screened at their chosen Vue cinema at the time of their booked date. The winner will receive a list of films available for the date of their booking. Please note this may not include Beetlejuice Beetlejuice. Age restrictions apply; all attendees must meet any minimum age requirements for the selected film. Attendees may be asked for valid, photographic ID before attending the screening. Screening must take place within 12 months of acceptance, excluding bank holidays, and winner will agree a time and date with Vue.

The winner and their guests will have full exclusivity of the pre-booked cinema room for the duration of the chosen film.

Prize includes 1 x medium soft drink and 1 x medium popcorn per attendee.

Prize excludes travel and all other expenses.

The prize is for the winner and up to 49 guests (50 people). There’s no cash or other prize alternative if the winner chooses to take less than 49 guests.

c. Tier 2: each prize consists of a pair of Vue Pass VIP vouchers. An email address is required to receive prize.
• Each Vue Pass VIP voucher prize will be provided as 2 e-codes which can be redeemed either online or at the Box Office. They cannot be used to make bookings over the phone.
• Vue Pass VIP voucher can be used to book 2D general admission Super Saver, Regular Saver, Regular, VIP, or Recliner seating. Please note not all screens have all seating types.
• The e-codes are valid until 5th November 2025. The e-code expires up to and including the expiration date. It is not subject to extensions.
• See myvue.com/legal for current participating locations. Vue reserves the right to withdraw or amend this listing at any time.
• Each e-code is valid for 1 ticket and must be used at the time of exchange.
• The tickets are non-transferable, non-exchangeable and non-refundable.
• Valid for a single use only and cannot be re-instated or replaced once redeemed (this includes if you cancel your booking).
• Not valid for Premieres, Big Screen Events, Event Cinema and alternative/special showings including Mini Mornings, Senior friendly, Autism Friendly and Scene screenings.
• Tickets can be used to book Xtreme seating or Gold class screenings online and at the Box Office at an additional upgrade fee. IMAX upgrades will also be at an additional cost. Please check pricing directly with the cinema before purchase.
• Customers will be charged for the purchase of 3D glasses if required.
• The e-codes do not have priority over general tickets.
• The e-codes cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer including Meerkat Movies.
• The e-Vouchers are not to be used for financial gain in resale.
• The cinema manager’s decision is final.

Tier 2 prizes will be sent via email to winners within 28 working days of acceptance.

The prizes must be accepted as offered and redeemed by the named winners only. There is no cash or alternative prize, in whole or part (save where the Promoter in its sole discretion deems it reasonably necessary to provide an alternative prize). Prizes are non-transferable and non-refundable. Sale of the prizes for profit is prohibited and may constitute fraud. The prizes cannot be combined with any other offer, promotion, voucher or discount.
