TBH. Any retailer using the platform would be a go elsewhere to me.
Especially with a couple of recent posts of so called international high end (their term) companies using the platform. If you are selling world wide in top class stores, then it just stands out as cheap skates or not what you are claiming to be.


Mobile is a red flag, as any decent  sized company will not be running off a single mobile no.
