Hello everyone,
I am new to MSE and hopefully can get some guidance on this.
I just received the image attached.
Upon checking experian, i can see that my credit score has been severely impacted and a CCJ has been formally issued.
I have no idea what this is in regards to, I am guessing parking however I have always paid for parking and luckily have receipts of all parking I have ever done.
What is the process here - i have searched the Civil National Business Centre and the google reviews are the worst reviews I have ever seen (mostly that they do not reply and people are unable to contact them).
For further context, whether relatable or not, I have been going to the doctors for several months now with chronic anxiety and upon reading this letter and double checking experian to see if a CCJ has been actually filed I experienced a panic attack so this is severely impacting my mental health further!!
I have paid for all parking thus I believe this is definitely incorrect.
I am looking for guidance on how to appeal, get the CCJ removed immediately, and is there anything I can do to hold them accountable for impacting my mental health even further?!!!
Honestly i appreciate any and all help with this...

Further info - I have emailed the claimant today through the email complaints@baysentry.co.uk to request more details on what exactly this is for.0

The usual reason for not getting previous notices is that the keeper's details on a vehicle's Registration Document(V5c) have been allowed to become out of date.
Does your V5c have the correct keeper's address on it? Can easily be put right on the DVLA website.0 -

If the CCJ letter came to the right address then the court claim form did, too. In September.
I am afraid the best advice is to pay this in full to avoid a CCJ.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
