not sure what you mean? Credits cards just show as credit cards, there is nothing to say what promotion/APR is applied."You've been reading SOS when it's just your clock reading 5:05 "0

there is a section on each creditcard acc saying if its a promtion or not and on this entry its saying its not a promotion , which it is a promotion on 0%1

Lender can report the card as they want. Have you done a balance transfer and have you checked other agencies to see what they say?
Sam Vimes' Boots Theory of Socioeconomic Unfairness:
People are rich because they spend less money. A poor man buys $10 boots that last a season or two before he's walking in wet shoes and has to buy another pair. A rich man buys $50 boots that are made better and give him 10 years of dry feet. The poor man has spent $100 over those 10 years and still has wet feet.

Paying off nearly the bare minimum on a credit card is not a good sign. It's an entirely different kettle of fish if they're on a promotional rate which is typically (except in a few cases) going to be a 0% deal.
In some respects you're right. If someone is on a 0% deal then unless they are spending on the card the amount paid every month will exactly match the amount the balance decreases every month. I suppose some people do spend on them though so it will identify those people as being on 0% when the raw data might otherwise not reflect this.0
