Morning all the sun is out but it's rather cold, 0 degrees when I got up and only 1 now.
Yesterday DD told me that SIL has been to see the GP about a neck problem that was not getting better so she has referred him to a neurological specialist because she suspects he has cervical dystonia. I had to g00gle that.
Today I have some tidying and putting away to do, I need to keep busy because this afternoon Mr Fix It has his oncology appointment and neither of us are looking forward to this consultation one little bit. Hopefully he will discover the findings from his latest scan, or at least the reason for the rise in his cancer stats and any different treatment options.

Morning all


We managed to see the northern lights last night, we live right on the south coast and I have never seen them before, they were hardly visible to the naked eye but through the camera on our phones they were beautiful such a sight to see ! 

Day off for me today and I have the dentist for a check up at lunchtime, the dentist is right next door to an M&S so I shall nip in there afterwards they do some caramel chocolate covered pecans which are so delicious and I have become a bit addicted to 😂 so will get a bag of them for the weekend.

Remmie I totally get that you feel a bit sorry for Robs mum I did when I first met her two years ago she is some woman had one of her own children then adopted two with learning difficulties and fostered many more but getting to know her through the years it’s not been all roses around the door, I have put so many incident / safe guarding reports over the two years I have had Rob, the first child she adopted has now left home and there was a huge investigation into financial abuse when she left and I am almost sure the same is happening with Rob, Rob is never very clean and often smells his clothes are dirty so much so that I often wash them here he has had the same pair of trousers for the 10 years or so that I have known him, she kept Rob on a diet of lamb mince and rice for years which was often mouldy so would be thrown out at work and a sandwich or something made, I know she loves him but there are huge inconsistencies in the care he is getting at home, I will shut up now 😬 as I have gone on too long !

Dinner tonight will be breaded chicken and chips with coleslaw there is a bottle of wine in the fridge to share too.

Nan hope all goes well with the appointment this afternoon xx

Morning all BRRRR its cold this morning I have woken up with a cold it started yesterday with a tickly throat  but overnight it has manifested   . DS is off away with friends to Amsterdam this weekend so i will be clearing and cleaning his room  i need to pop to waitrose  to pick up some JL xmas bits other than that a normal friday clean up day . Stay warm dry and safe have a good day whatever you are up to xx
